As of June 16th, Mention is removing access for our Publish and Respond features. This change is part of our ongoing effort to focus on our core strengths in social listening and analytics, while continuing to offer users a powerful solution for social media management through our partner Agorapulse.

What’s Changing?

  • New and inactive users will no longer have access to Publish or Respond in Mention.

  • Existing paid users who are actively using these features will continue to have access for the time being.

Who is considered inactive?

We define inactive teams as follows:

On Publish:

  • No submitted or scheduled posts in the past 3 months,
    or no active subscription subscriptions

On Respond:

  • No conversations answered in the past 3 months,
    or no active subscription

Reason for Feature Removal

We believe in offering best-in-class solutions. Agorapulse is a dedicated platform built specifically for publishing and social media engagement. By transitioning to Agorapulse, users will benefit from richer features, deeper platform integrations, and a team fully focused on the SMM experience.

What Should I Do Next?

If you rely on publishing and responding to social content, we highly recommend exploring Agorapulse as your go-to platform moving forward. Mention will continue to focus on helping you monitor, analyze, and act on conversations happening across the web and social media.
