Word Clouds and Hashtag Clouds will provide you with an overview of top words or hashtags keywords that are consistently appearing with the text that you are monitoring in your alerts. We use an AI enhanced model that accurately identifies and marks significant words or phrases that encapsulate the main topics within a text. This includes:

  • Entities: Names of people, organizations, places, events, and products.

  • Concepts: Important terms describing significant ideas or technologies.

  • Actions and Events: Key actions or significant events within the text.

  • Adjectives and Attributes: Distinctive qualities or attributes relevant to the entities or concepts.

We recommend using these graphs to:

  • Analyze common trends and conversations around the topics you are monitoring.

  • Review the general sentiment of your alert and highlight any positive or negative phrases that stand out to your team.

  • Discover potential hashtags that you could use for future content or social posts.

Mention offers two cloud visualizations for your analytic dashboards that you can access in the Insights Center and Reports. In this article, we will teach you how to access these graphs and filter the data that you would like to see.

Word Clouds

The Word Cloud visualization will display a collection of words that are commonly appearing in your alert. The size of a word on the graph will indicate the frequency of the word's appearance in your mentions:
