Mention currently offers one plan, the Company Plan, built for businesses that need advanced listening capabilities.
In the past, we've offered several legacy self-serve plans: Solo, Pro, Pro Plus, and Company Lite, which are documented in this article, but are no longer available. Use this guide to quickly see what is included in each plan and where limits may apply.

Company Plan
The Company Plan is Mention’s current offering, built for businesses that need advanced listening, reporting, and collaboration.
With this plan, you can export data in multiple formats, schedule reports, track online conversations using advanced boolean searches, and search for data across TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube, Reddit, X (Twitter), Facebook, Instagram, News, Forums, Blogs, and the Web!
Enhanced add-on features are also available for this plan, including:
Historical Data, which allows you to gather mentions from up to 2 years in the past
Our API integration, for developing custom automations and applications

Legacy plans
As of July 2025, Solo, Pro, and Pro Plus are no longer sold to new customers. Existing customers on these legacy plans keep access but cannot change their current self-serve plan.
The Solo Plan
The Solo plan is a legacy self-serve plan designed for 1 user who needs core web monitoring and basic social media management.

Publish and Respond will be removed for all users in January, 2026. After the removal, connecting a social profile will have no benefit if you're on a Solo plan.
You can connect 1 account from each supported platform:
1 Facebook Business Page connection
1 Instagram Business Account connection
1 Twitter/X Account connection
1 LinkedIn Company Page connection
Once a social account is connected, you have access to:
Publish – schedule social media posts directly through Mention.
Respond – reply to social media posts (see Respond section below for limits).
On the Solo plan, Respond is limited to community management on Facebook:
Respond will notify you when users post on your Facebook Page.
You can reply to posts and comments on your Page directly through Mention.
You do not have access to:
Respond for Direct Messages – you cannot reply to DMs sent to your Facebook Page or Twitter/X account.
Collaboration on Respond – you cannot assign messages to team members.
❗ On the Solo plan, you cannot access the Approval Workflow because it is a collaborative feature.

The Pro plan is a legacy self-serve plan that includes online monitoring, social media management, analytics, and collaboration tools for teams of up to 10 users.

Each Basic Alert can monitor:
Keyword Monitoring: Mention searches for text or phrases you add; matching web or social posts appear in the Feed.
Monitored Pages: add URLs of social media accounts and review sites; new posts are fetched into your account.

Company Lite
The Company Lite plan is a legacy plan which is not available for new customers. The plan sits between legacy self-serve plans and the current Company Plan in terms of feature depth and scale, but exact entitlements depend on your contract.

When does my subscription renew?
Where can I review my contract commitment?
If you are under a contract, you can view your commitment on any invoice.
Go to Account Settings → Subscription tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the PDF invoice.
On the first page of the invoice, at the top right, you will see a summary of:
Billing dates
Payment method
Account ID
What Happens to Inactive Accounts?
When your free trial ends or your paid subscription is cancelled, your account becomes view-only with limited feature access.
You can still:
Access the Feed to view mentions fetched before your trial/subscription ended.
Access Publish to review content previously posted through the calendar.
Access Analytics to review reports created before your trial/subscription ended.
Features you lose access to
Your account will not fetch new mentions.
You cannot create new alerts or edit existing alerts.
You cannot schedule social media posts on Publish.
You cannot reply to direct messages in Respond.
You cannot create or delete data visualizations in Reports, Insights Center, or Influencer Dashboard.
You cannot export data from your account.
You cannot add new team members to your account.
When you subscribe to a new Mention plan, your existing alerts start monitoring new content again and you regain access to the features included in your new plan.
