French Premium media monitoring

Description:

We have introduced a new add-on that enables monitoring of French media outlets protected under CFC regulation (French press neighboring rights).

This add-on is required to collect and display mentions from regulated French national, regional, business, and sector-specific media.

New Share Tags Across Multiple Alerts

Streamlined Invoice Management with Custom Billing Email Address

Description:
Allows users to add a dedicated billing email address for invoice delivery separate from team users. Invoices go to the billing contact and team owner. You can update or remove this contact anytime.


Sentiment Update for Grouped Mentions

Description:
Enhances sentiment handling for grouped mentions: updating the sentiment of one mention in a group now automatically applies that change to all mentions in the group. Saves time and ensures consistency in sentiment analysis.


Monitor Your G2 Reviews Directly in Mention!

Description:
New integration enables users to add G2 review pages into Mention to track reviews alongside those from other major platforms. This centralizes reputation tracking and offers real-time updates and insights.


Guide Tab for Basic Alerts

Description:
Adds a “Guide” tab to basic alert setup pages with sample keywords and field explanations to help users configure alerts faster and with more clarity.


Simplified Alert Deletion Option ❌

Description:
Users can now delete alerts directly from the alert card actions menu instead of navigating into settings. A confirmation modal prevents accidental deletions.


Alert Summary Topics Update

Description:
Improves the alert overview experience by adding a “View Mentions” button for each related topic in your alert summary. Users can now click to quickly open all mentions related to a specific topic, streamlining workflows and helping identify relevant content faster.


Emotion Analysis Feature Release

Introduces an AI-powered emotion detection feature that identifies emotional tones in mentions, supports filtering by emotion, and highlights emotional trends. Provides deeper insight beyond sentiment alone.


New UX Improvement – Instant Filters

Release date: October 28, 2024
Description:
Improves the feed filter experience by removing the Apply Filters button. Now, selected filters apply instantly as they’re picked, reducing clicks and making the interface more responsive.


Share Alerts Directly from the Alert Page

Description:
Enables sharing alerts with team members directly from the Alert page in settings. Users click the “+” next to an alert and select team members to share with, improving collaboration.


Enhanced Mention Blocking Feature

Release date: 2024
Description:
Improves the block feature so mentions from selected authors are filtered out (and future ones blocked too). Works across supported sources like LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, forums, news, Reddit, and Facebook. Limitations apply for platforms not supported.
