Answering your community is not as easy as it seems. Especially when you start to handle a lot of social activity on a daily basis. Sometimes, it’s better to delegate certain topics to another team member or expert.
The assignment feature in Respond will help you organize your conversations efficiently and effectively.
When you receive a new conversation, it is listed as Unassigned by default. All you have to do is to click on the Assignment dropdown at the top of the conversation and choose the Team Member that should handle the conversation!
