If your business or a competitor has a Google Local Review page, you can add their review to your alert via the Review Pages section! Please follow the steps below to fetch the correct URL and add it to your Mention Alert.

How do I get the correct Google URL?

1. Search for the brand name on Google.

2. On the right-hand side of the page, you will notice the Local Reviews link under the brand name. Please click on this link.

3. Once clicked, the reviews will open in a pop-up window.

4. Please copy the URL at the top of the search bar. From there, you can paste it to your Monitored Page.


How do I add the Google Local Review to an Alert?

★ For a Basic Alert

  1. Head over to the Review Pages tab:

    1. Alert Creation: the Review Pages tab will appear during the third step of your alert creation process. Please click on the banner to open the page.

    2. Alert Editing: please click on Edit Alert and head over to Review Pages tab.

  2. Paste the URL in the Google Review module.

  3. Save your alert!

For a Standard Alert

  1. Go to Standard Alert settings

    1. Alert Creation: you will see the tab on the top of your screen

    2. Alert Editing: click on 'edit boolean keyword search' first and then the page will appear.

  2. Go to the top of the page and click on the Monitored Pages tab.

  3. Paste the URL.

  4. Save your Alert!

★ For an Advanced Alert

  1. Go to Advanced Alert settings

    1. Alert Creation: you will see the tab on the top of your screen

    2. Alert Editing: click on 'edit boolean keyword search' first and then the page will appear.

  2. Go to the top of the page and click on the Monitored Pages tab.

  3. Paste the URL.

  4. Save your Alert!
