If you want to stop receiving emails from Mention, you need to follow these instructions:
Activity on Mention
If you want to be removed from the emailing list or from all Mention notifications emails, you can change your notifications preferences in your settings like below.
Be aware that if you switch off all emails and sms notifications, you won't receive any more messages regarding your activity on Mention.
Marketing emails
If you want to unsubscribe to our marketing emails, please find the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the last email you received. You can also avoid future marketing communications in the same page of your Account Settings.
❗️Please note that, if you are in a Mention trial and you unsubscribe, you need to unsubscribe also from emails to stop receiving them. You will find the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of these emails.
Being removed from Mention system
If you want to be removed from Mention system, you can also delete your account.
