When you connect a new social account to Mention, you will have access to features like Publish and Social Account Analytics. Features like Publish and Social Account Reports are automatically activated in your Mention Account.
For Respond, your social account is not automatically activated. You have to manually activate Respond in your account. The reason for this is to ensure that you are not automatically flooded with direct messages from your social media accounts.
