Respond makes sharing important comments, questions and feedback with your team easy! Once you activate a social account in Respond, you will be able to share access to the account to any of your team members.
If you would like to share access to a social account, please follow these steps:
1. Hover your mouse over the social account you want to share:
2.An Edit icon will appear, please click on the icon to open the Respond settings page:
3. Go to the top-right area and click on the +icon:
4. To share an account, toggle the sider next to your colleagues email. They will immediately receive access to the account once you click on the Done button.
You're all set from there! Now your colleagues will have access to the unassigned messages and receive their own inbox for the social account that was shared. You can now assign messages to your colleagues as well.
