You can access your Mention Account at any time even if you do not have a paid subscription. When your free-trial ends or your paid subscription is cancelled, your account will convert to a view-only account with limited feature access.
On your account, you will be able to conduct the following actions:
Access the Feed to view any mentions that were fetched before your trial or subscription ended.
Access Publish to review any content that was previously posted through the calendar before your trial or subscription ended.
Access Analytics to review any reports that were previously created before your trial or subscription ended.
❗At this time, these are the features that you will not have access to:
Your account will not fetch new mentions.
You cannot create new alerts or edit existing alerts.
You cannot schedule social media posts on Publish.
You cannot reply to direct messages on Respond.
You cannot create or delete data visualizations from Reports, the Insights Center, or Influencer Dashboard.
You cannot export data from your account.
You cannot add new team members to your account.
💡When you subscribe to a new Mention plan, your existing alerts will begin to monitor new content from the web again. You will also have access to all of your features included in your new plan.
