When you are curating posts on the Content Calendar, you have the ability to modify posts with unique multimedia such as photos, videos, and GIFs. You also have the option to modify your text by tagging other pages or attaching links. Overall, these attachments are a great way to boost the engagements and viewership of your social media content:
Before scheduling posts with multimedia or modified text, you will want to make sure that you are uploading media to Publish with the correct configurations in mind. In this article, we will teach you about the supported attachments for Publish and the limitations for the following platforms:
❗The limitations that you see for multimedia such as photos or videos are the same limitations you will encounter for the respective social media platforms. Mention cannot bypass limitations set by sites like Facebook or Twitter!
💡Mention Tip - Access the Content Library
If you are not ready to attach multimedia content to your posts, you can upload it to the Content Library and save it for later! The Content Library will allow you to store text, photos, videos, or GIFs within Publish. You can transfer it to a post whenever you are ready to use it.
You can only connect a Facebook Business Page on Publish for social media scheduling. With Publish, you can share text, photos, videos, links, and more through the Composer.

When generating a Facebook post in Publish, you can copy your post to another Facebook, Instagram or Twitter post. You can currently only copy text and no attachments or posts with handles (for instance, @Mention).
You can connect any Twitter account to Publish for social media scheduling. With a Twitter connection, you can publish text, images, videos, and more.

❗Limitation - Twitter Threads:
You cannot schedule Twitter threads for your tweets. On Publish, only original tweets can be curated and you cannot followup your tweets with comments or replies into a thread format.

You can only connect an Instagram Business Account for social media scheduling. With Publish, you can share photos, carousels, reels, and stories.

❗Limitations:
You can only publish 25 stories per day on Publish.
Publish does not support shopping tags, branded content tags, or image editing.
Reels cannot appear in album carousels.
All Reels will be published with original audio. Audio naming is not supported.
You cannot modify the Reel cover photo at this time.
